Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Ethan Brown, a private individual in Queensland, Australia. It publishes game reviews and nothing else — no shop, no accounts, no advertising. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, and this page sets out how little there is to say.

While you read

No personal information is gathered. There is no form anywhere on the site, no login, no comment box, no analytics tool and no advertising or social tracking script. The single JavaScript file the site loads handles one job: remembering that you dismissed the cookie banner.

If you email the desk

Mail sent to [email protected] arrives in a mailbox attached to this domain. Your address and whatever you write are used to reply to you, and for no other purpose. Nothing is added to a list, forwarded to a publisher, or fed into a bot. Threads are deleted once they are clearly finished, and in any case within two years.

Server logs

The hosting company keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, file requested, browser string — for security and diagnostics. Retention is short, the logs belong to the provider, and nothing in them is used to build a profile of readers.

Your rights

Ask what correspondence exists from you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Any of those takes one email and is confirmed in writing. If you think this site has mishandled personal information, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner accepts complaints directly.

Age

The games discussed here carry mature age ratings on the store. The site is written for adults deciding what to install, and no information about anyone under 15 is knowingly held.

Changes

Any change to how this site handles data appears here before it takes effect, with the date above updated.
